BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Provincial Organization set up a special committee to study the following and the final decision sent to the clubs:
That the Ontario Provincial Government be requested to amend the present Municipal Act by providing the right to vote except on money by-laws, in municipal elections to all persons over 21 years of age with citizenship rights, who pay personal income tax through the Federal Government.
