THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Business and Professional Women’s Clubs of Ontario urges the Government of Ontario to enact legislation that would ensure that replacement workers are not hired during labour negotiations;
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED THAT legislation include time limitations for negotiating and ramifications for not bargaining in good faith.
