RESOLUTION:MOVED THAT the Board of Directors set up an Ad Hoc committee to study the feasibility of providing leadership training and related programmes for the clubs of Ontario.
FURTHER THAT the Board of Directors be empowered to utilize an additional sum of up to $1,000 from surplus funds for this purpose.
