THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Business and Professional Women’s Clubs of Ontario urge the Government of Ontario to instruct ministries to allocate in their annual budgets sufficient money to flow to the broader public sector employers to make the pay equity adjustments identified using the proxy comparator method.
