THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Business and Professional Women’s Clubs of Ontario urge the Government of Ontario to amend the Act Respecting Enforcement of Support and Custody Orders (assented to November 8, 1985) to include Enforcement Orders for Court costs and payments pursuant to property transfers.
