BE IT RESOLVED THAT the North Toronto Club request the Business and Professional Women’s Clubs of Ontario to petition the Premier of Ontario that the Ontario Succession Duty Act be amended to provide a summary procedure by arbitration for the determination of the value of an asset forming part of an estate, when an assessment is made, and not necessarily after the final statement has been received.
