BE IT RESOLVED THAT the North Toronto Club request the Business and Professional Women’s Clubs of Ontario to petition the Premier of Ontario and the Royal Commission on Taxation in Ontario requesting that the widow of the deceased, in cohabitation at the time of his death, be deemed for Succession Duty purposes to have contributed in money value one half of the value of the entire estate.
